Terms of Service: Rippels Lodge

Welcome to Rippels! By staying with us and using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe and serene experience for everyone.


1. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Confirmation: A booking is officially confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message via email or through our official WhatsApp number.
  • Cancellations: To help us manage the experience, please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

2. Dining & Leisure

To make your stay as relaxing as possible, we provide the following:

  • Meals: Your stay includes a delicious daily breakfast
  • Relaxation: Feel free to browse our curated bookshelf or enjoy the selection of indoor games in the restaurant.
  • Activities: We offer low-effort badminton and archery by the pool, access to our swimming pool as well as yoga mats for your own yoga sessions. Our team is nearby if you need assistance with the equipment.

3. Safety & Supervision

We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all guests. While we love hosting families, the following safety rules apply:

  • Minor Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near the pool and activity areas.
  • Liability: Rippels Lodge does not assume liability for personal injuries, or the loss/damage of personal belongings. Guests bear full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors in their care.

4. House Rules

  • No Smoking: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
  • Serene Environment: We ask all guests to respect the peace of the lodge. Disruptive behavior or excessive noise may result in a request to leave.
  • Care of Property: Please treat our home with care. Guests may be held responsible for any damage to rooms, games, or sports equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
